We’re excited to have you join Heidi St. John for an upcoming podcast recording!

What To Expect

  • Recording Platform: We record virtually using Riverside.fm, a high-quality, browser-based studio.

  • Duration: Please reserve 60 minutes, which includes setup, recording, and wrap-up.

  • Format: This is a conversational interview. Heidi loves authentic, faith-filled discussions that encourage listeners to live out their convictions with courage and grace.

  • Audience: The show reaches thousands of families and believers across the country who seek biblical truth and practical encouragement.

Before Your Recording

  • Check your tech: Use a laptop or desktop (not a phone), with Chrome browser and a strong internet connection.

  • Audio: A good quality microphone or headset is required for best sound.

  • Video: We record both audio and video—please ensure good lighting and a quiet background.

  • Preparation: Heidi will guide the conversation, but feel free to jot down key points or stories you’d like to highlight.

After Scheduling

  • Please email your headshot to bonnie@heidistjohn.co if you haven't already done so.  

  • Know that this is a free flowing conversation, and the team can edit anything out (except background noise).  If there are a few talking points you'd like to include, please let Heidi know at the beginning of the visiting time.  We don't want to miss anything you want to share! Once you’ve selected your time, you’ll receive:

    • A confirmation email with your unique Riverside recording link.

    • Reminders and tech tips before your interview.

    • Contact details if you need to reschedule.
