You are invited to spend a few days with me, the HSJ team, and women who are sure to be your good friends after the retreat.

After several years’ hiatus, we are inviting you to join us and enjoy the unmatched beauty and tranquility of the Oregon coast at Twin Rocks Friends Camp & Conference Center. You are going to love it!

I know that the last few years have been challenging—and I believe with all my heart that it’s because the spiritual lines have been drawn. It’s not an accident that you are here for this time in human history. I believe you’re here by God’s design. This is your time. This is the ONE LIFE that God has given you. Show up for it!

It’s our prayer that this will be a time for you to rest, reflect, and refocus so that you can start showing up for the life God has given you. We’ve been planning a very special weekend with you in mind—it’s an opportunity to break from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with the Lord as you seek His direction for your life.

I will teach several sessions, we'll have specific activities for you to choose from (or not), time for rest and walks on the beach, fellowship opportunities, and more.

Whether you come with your friends or by yourself, we can’t wait to see you there!

My daughter grew up singing with my husband Jay, is now a wonderful wife and mother, and I know you will blessed as she leads you to the presence of the Lord through song.

Hilary is a mother to five kids, one of whom is an 8 year old, non-verbal, globally delayed son. She and her husband have navigated the waves of uncertainty and grief as they have learned to lean on the strength of the Lord to carry them along their parenting journey with an autistic child. 

No one can prepare you for the endless worry, heartache and joy that comes from loving a special needs child. But there is one who will equipped you for the job given to you and that is the Lord. Join Hilary as she leans into the life of raising a non verbal autistic son as well as fulfill the needs of her other four kids. She will discuss the highs and lows and the constant need of prayer as each day is filled with new obstacles and achievements. 

Hilary Stock will be sharing how she believes God gave each of us a story to shine His glory and relate to others.

    FRIDAY

    • Eat dinner on your way in the nearby Rockaway Beach (or bring your own)

    • 4:00-6:00p Registration (We can accommodate late registration.)

    • 6:30 Opening Session

    • 8:00 Snacks

    SATURDAY

    • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included

    • Afternoon free time

    SUNDAY

    • 7:30-9:00a Breakfast and Pack Up

    • 9:30 Closing Session

    • 11:00 Head Out

  • Portland International Airport/PDX. It's about a 2h drive to Twin Rocks.

  • We will offer an airport shuttle at certain times for an additional ticket price of $40.

  • General Admission $400 plus fees

  • All event sessions and activities, 2 nights lodging in dorm style rooms, 4 meals.

  • Twin Rocks can accommodate these five special diet needs: non-celiac gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegetarian, and vegan. They cannot guarantee accommodations for a combination of them.

  • All bedding except a fitted sheet, plus your own towels/washcloths you'd like to have.
    If you are flying, let us know and we can supply your linens!

  • We’ll be staying at Twin Rocks Friends and Family Camp. You can check it out at twinrocks.org.

  • Aside from the limited private rooms, each room could have up to 8 women in dorm style lodging. (We'll spread everyone out as much as possible.) If you go to twinrocks.org you can see Hadley Hall where we'll be staying.

  • Babes in arms are welcome if you get one of the private rooms. Otherwise the lodging situation doesn't really work for a baby.

  • Sure! Heidi will speak freely (like she would on her podcast or in conferences). Use your discretion, but we'd suggest 14 and up.

  • This is the hotel that is right by the Firmly Planted Resource Center. It’s about 15 minutes from PDX, has a good hot breakfast, and is perfect if you want to tour the Resource Center on Friday morning.
